Work & Results
Real businesses. Real operations. Real outcomes.
We do not invent metrics or pad case studies. Below is the work — what was built, what it does, and how it fits into how the business actually runs.
Most of the work shown here is for two clients: Buchanan Law Group (a family law firm) and OT Sports & Fitness. The depth and range of these engagements reflects how Summit Stack Labs works — building multiple interconnected systems for a business rather than one-off projects.
AI Outbound & Inbound Call Agents — Buchanan Law Group
Built outbound and inbound AI voice call agents for a family law firm using Retell AI. The agents (including "Grace," the outbound caller) handle warm lead follow-up from Facebook form submissions, qualify prospects based on divorce type, children, real estate involvement, and situation description, and route or schedule consultations accordingly. Backed by a custom app with tool calling and scheduling features integrated directly into the agent workflow.
Buchanan Law Group — Marketing Dashboard
A full-stack internal analytics platform built for a law firm to turn raw marketing and intake data into actionable business intelligence. The dashboard ingests leads, paid media spend (Google PPC, LSA, Facebook), and client billing data from Clio to surface an executive overview with KPI cards, period-over-period comparisons, and auto-generated insights. From there, it breaks down performance by channel, campaign, and intake source — with a sales funnel view tracking leads all the way to retained clients and a lifetime value (LTV) analysis per channel. An AI-powered enrichment layer uses Claude to analyze Slack threads and intake forms to classify attribution sources and fill in missing data, while a review workflow lets admins audit and approve those AI decisions. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Recharts, with role-based access control, CSV/Excel ingestion, and a data quality module to catch mismatched or unlinked records.
Custom Operations Command Center — Buchanan Law Group
Built a centralized browser-based command center for a family law firm, consolidating every tool, resource, database link, and workflow into a single organized hub. Attorneys and staff can access court docket systems across multiple counties, Podio CRM records, Clio billing, Trello boards, Calendly scheduling, court Zoom information, e-filing portals, litigation resources, and firm dashboards — all from one place without hunting across bookmarks or shared drives.
OT Sports & Fitness — Full-Stack Club Management Platform
A comprehensive operations platform built for OT Sports and Fitness in Burr Ridge, IL, replacing multiple disconnected tools with a unified system. The platform features multi-role portals (Admin, Instructor, Sales, Contractor, Member, and League), each with tailored dashboards and workflows. Key capabilities include a Calendly-replacement Event Tool with REST API endpoints for AI-powered phone/SMS booking agents, a hierarchical availability engine that layers facility hours, instructor schedules, Google Calendar sync, and event-specific rules with a built-in staff-only availability debugger. The system supports resource booking with zone management, allocation packages, and three payment flows (account deduction, comp, or invoice), backed by a full invoicing system with Stripe integration for online payments and admin-initiated phone payments. Additional modules include a master calendar aggregating all bookings, classes, rentals, leases, appointments, and league matches; a summer camp management suite with attendance tracking, group scheduling, and parent portals; golf league administration with season setup, matchup booking, standings, and result submission; drip email campaigns with a rich text editor; SMS conversations with compliance tracking; member membership plans with allocation ledgers, bonus credits, and family accounts; and a contractor/lease management system. The frontend is built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui, with Supabase powering the backend via Edge Functions, Row-Level Security, and real-time subscriptions.
Insight Divorce Guide — AI-Assisted Divorce Planning Platform
Insight Divorce Guide is a comprehensive, AI-assisted web application built for individuals navigating divorce in Illinois. The platform offers a full suite of financial and parenting tools including multi-step wizards for calculating spousal maintenance and child support (with Illinois statute citations and case law nuance flags), a marital balance sheet with real estate division scenarios, a home buyout analyzer, a post-divorce budget planner, and a property division tracker. On the parenting side, users can build custom custody schedules, run holiday schedule wizards, visualize parenting time splits, and organize custody case evidence with AI-generated narrative summaries. A guided divorce roadmap with process timeline and readiness score rounds out the experience. Built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Supabase, the app features persistent sessions, shareable snapshots, and embedded AI chat panels on key calculators that let users ask follow-up questions about their specific results.
BLG Bonus Tracker — Real-Time Attorney Performance Dashboard
BLG Bonus Tracker is a real-time law firm performance dashboard built to give management instant visibility into billing productivity across attorneys and paralegals. Integrated directly with Clio (the firm's practice management software), it automatically syncs time entries, calculates monthly billable hours, and projects bonus eligibility based on configurable rate structures and hourly targets. Key features include a live Today's Hours tracker with pace-target indicators and non-billable breakdowns, individual attorney detail pages with run-rate projections and billing quality analysis, AI-powered time entry rewriting for clearer descriptions, rate ramp management for tracking scheduled rate increases, and a role-based access system so staff see only their own data while managers get the full firm view. The stack is React/TypeScript with Tailwind CSS on the frontend, backed by Supabase for authentication, real-time data caching, and edge functions that handle Clio API orchestration and scheduled syncs.
Buchanan Law Group — Communications Intelligence Hub
A centralized communications intelligence platform built for a family law firm that automatically syncs, transcribes, and analyzes every client-facing interaction across phone calls, emails, and Zoom recordings — turning raw firm communications into a structured, searchable, AI-powered knowledge base. Every inbound and outbound call is captured with full metadata, automatically transcribed in real time, and linked to the corresponding lead or active case. Zoom meeting recordings are ingested, duration-tracked, and queued for AI review, surfacing key case facts, action items, and sentiment signals without manual review. The email module aggregates all firm correspondence, categorizes threads by type (Internal, Lead, Active Case), and links each message to the appropriate contact record — giving attorneys and staff a single place to review the full communication history of any matter. On the intelligence layer, AI tools analyze transcripts and recordings to extract commitments made, flag potential issues, generate call summaries, and identify patterns across client interactions — reducing the time attorneys spend reconstructing case context and improving the quality of intake follow-up. Role-based access ensures staff see only the communications relevant to their function, while management gets a firm-wide view across all channels and cases.
